This generic brand of Tadalafil is an emerging tablet-based oral treatment for impotency & erectile dysfunction (ED). It has proven highly successful in clinical trials and is generating major interest as a real alternative to other Sildenafil-based medications.
The trials show the medication achieves its effect in as little as 16 minutes and lasts between 24 and 36 hours, according to a report in the British journal New Scientist.
How does it work?
ForZest(Tadalafil) acts in the same way as ViagraŠ, by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5, or PDE-5. This helps the smooth muscles in the penis relax and widen, which allows for more blood to enter. As a result, you gain erections faster and easier with this Generic brand of Tadalafil.
How well does it work?
ForZest is approved in authorized markets for the treatment of mild to severe ED at both 10 and 20 mg doses. The labels in each of these markets indicate that the product should be taken prior to anticipated sexual activity and without regard to food. Just like ViagraŠ, sexual stimulation is needed for ForZest to work. According to the European label, the efficacy of ForZest may persist up to 24 hours after the pill is taken. In a study, funded by Lilly and Icos, involving 348 men with
mild to severe erectile dysfunction were given either a placebo or Tadalafil
over a period of eight weeks. Patients were asked to attempt intercourse
with their partners on two occasions 24 hours after taking a dose, and
on two occasions after 36 hours. About 59 percent of the patients reported
positive effects in their ability to have sex after 36 hours.
88 percent of men achieved erections in 30 minutes or less
Tadalafil continued to stay in the system for up to 24 hours!
Tadalafil statically outperformed the placebo at the two points of testing
